Posted by gutenk on Nov 29, 2011 in General
If we are having children, then make sure that we give supplements like cod liver oil. Cod liver oil is serving us vitamin D, vitamin A and omega 3 fatty acid. Since we are living in countries with limited sun exposure, then cod liver oil can be very beneficial to supply vitamin D. One of the main benefits of cod liver oil in children is immunity improvement.

Based on the PubMed.com, healthy eating method in our country is about maintaining the excessive amount of omega 6 fatty acid. This is true that unlike any other substances, over consumption of Omega 6 will always be good for our health. We will need cod liver oil to supply omega 3 fatty acid, so the fatty acid will be balanced. This thing is so important because the imbalance proportion will only trigger some diseases.

Since cod liver oil is rich of vitamin D then it will help our children increase their immunity and fight infections, mostly during the winter. Not only that, vitamin D will also help children reduce inflammation and support their growth. Parenting Tips – Homeschooling Is Like Home Depot

Posted by gutenk on Nov 19, 2011 in home schooling

As a parent, when it comes to education you need to have a plan. Know why are you are doing what you’re doing. Think about it, talk about it, study your children, study the options you have and then make a decision. Some questions people ask when they find out we’re home schooling make me wonder what most people think the role of school is, and more importantly who should be ultimately responsible for the upbringing of children.
